Dear Sir/Madam,
Due to the transition to a new, faster, and more reliable server, we would like to inform you that it is necessary to update the IR SUN mobile application and the IR Regulator device.
The new update will be available from January 28, 2025. The update is mandatory, and we kindly ask you to update the mobile application and the IR Regulator device as soon as possible after January 28, 2025.
If you do not update the IR Regulator device and the mobile application, you will initially notice occasional communication issues. From February 28, 2025, the communication will be completely interrupted. Therefore, we kindly ask you to perform the updates after January 28, 2025.
If you encounter any issues with updating the IR Regulator or the IR SUN mobile application, please contact your support representative.
Please update the IR controller device first and only then proceed to update the IR SUN mobile app. If you update the mobile app first, you will need to physically visit each controller to perform the update.
1. On the IR Regulator, press the Settings icon (marked in red).
2. Select the WIFI icon (marked in red).
3. Scroll down to the Update button and click on Update.
4. In the next step, you will be asked to confirm the update. Click Confirm (marked in red).
On your mobile phone, open the Google Play Store and go to your profile under app updates. From the list of applications, find IR SUN and click Update.
